Following on from a career in medical communications and then teaching, my husband Mike and I set up Mica Developments Limited 5 years ago. Our aim was to provide high quality accommodation for young professionals.
Many of our house mates are new to the area having moved for their first or second 'proper job'. They therefore really appreciate living in a house that is well maintained with like-minded people who often become lasting friends. My role in choosing compatible house mates is therefore vitally important.
